Customer Success Associate
Job Description:
Customer Service - Phone, Whatsapp, Showroom, Email, Social
Requirements:
- Prior experience with online or offline customer service a plus
- Prior experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing solution a plus
- Enthusiasm for creating solutions and solving problems
- Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and start-up culture
- Have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Fluent English/Cantonese ideal - written and spoken
- Interest in technology, e-commerce, sustainability a plus
- Available to work in Hong Kong (Retykle cannot provide a visa)
