We have been operating Retykle in Hong Kong since 2016 and are ready to grow abroad with Singapore as our first international expansion market. We are looking for the all hat’s leader who will help us lead, drive, grow, learn and connect with this new market.

Candidate:

  • At least 5 years working experience in relevant field
  • Prior experience with business development ideally with a tech company, start-up or SME
  • E-commerce, operations, logistics and marketing experience a plus
  • Proven ability to build and lead a team
  • Experience managing a P&L
  • Problem solver, ability to simplify complexity with ease
  • Adept at data analysis and reporting

Objectives:

  • Set the strategy for meeting the market OKRs
  • Monitoring KPIs and monthly reporting to HQ
  • Own local marketing strategy
  • Resource allocation based on country budget - manage P&L for Singapore
  • Recruit, manage & cultivate the Singapore team - hiring, training, career development
  • Process iteration and improvements
  • Be a market advocate within the community across clients, partners, vendors
  • To continue building brand image across all aspects of the business.

We're looking for an Online & Digital marketing intern to support our Marketing Team. This role is expected to work for 3-5 days per week on Mondays-Fridays. Working hours can be discussed and flexible depend on your availability and business’s needs.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Social media management including Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
- Translate and localize content for an online blog and page
- Content creation
- Conduct marketing and press research
- Perform ad hoc support to Marketing Team

Requirements:
- University or diploma students preferably with major in communication, marketing, public relations or related discipline
- Fluent English & Cantonese (both spoken & written). Mandarin is a benefit but not necessary
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and design tools such as Photoshop is a plus
- Available to work in Hong Kong with valid working visa

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

We're looking for a CTO to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategy & Planning

  • In partnership with the founder, identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s services, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.
  • Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business.
  • Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company’s services.
  • Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all web-based services.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs.
  • Communicate the company’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.

 

Implementation & Deployment

  • Collaborate with UX and potential customers to prepare wireframes or mockups of a prototype of the company’s web requirements.
  • Select and manage company staff or outsourced vendors who will implement the site requirements/application build.
  • Select or define the company’s software development methodology.
  • Establish a specification and system testing schedule
  • Establish and supervise the software development process, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress as defined by the selected software development methodology.
  • Select, deploy, and monitor performance profiling tools and procedures.
  • Review and approve proposed development releases and manage the release process.

 

Operational Management

  • Define and communicate company values and standards for acquiring or developing systems, equipment, or software within the company.
  • Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.

  • Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organisation of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements.

 

Formal Education & Certification

  • University degree in the field of computer science

  • 3+ years experience managing web application development.
  • 3+ years experience with startup companies.
  • Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular web application framework.
