Shipping within Hong Kong is FREE for orders over HK $300 or at a flat rate charge of HK $50 for orders under HK $300.

For China, Japan, Macao, Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan orders, we offer a flat rate of HK$ 150 (US $20). For Australia orders, we offer a flat rate of HK$ 300 (US $38). For US orders, we offer a flat rate of HK$ 250 (US $32).

For other international orders, we offer flat rate global shipping for HK $200 (US $25) and receipt within 7-14 days.

Making a Return

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, fill in the returns form on this page and deliver the returns free of charge to our Hong Kong office. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in the same condition as you received them. Please note that all sale items and any items that state final sale in the product description are not eligible for a refund.

For Hong Kong Customers

We offer free returns for our Hong Kong customers.

After we receive your returns form submission:

Arrange a drop off of your returns at our Hong Kong office within 7 days of receiving your purchase in the mail or within 10 days of receiving the pick up confirmation email for in-store order pickup.

Retykle Office: Unit 8B, Sing Teck Building, 44 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, 9:30am-6pm)

OR

Arrange a drop off of your returns in a sealed envelope/box at the closest SF Express location within 7 days of receiving your purchase in the mail or within 10 days of receiving the pick up confirmation email for in-store pickup orders. Upon arrival at a SF Express location, request for a waybill sticker to fill in your contact details as the sender and our contact details below as the receiver. For the shipping fee payment method, choose "Pay by Receiver" to receive free shipping.

As soon as you prepare for the shipment, please send us the tracking number via email at hello@retykle.com. After we receive your package, we will verify the items and process a refund via e-gift card (valid for six months from the date of issue) within 7 business days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns to our international customers at this moment. 

Please mail your items in a sealed bag/box to the following address within 7 days of receiving your purchase:
