Shipping within Hong Kong is FREE for orders over HK $300 or at a flat rate charge of HK $50 for orders under HK $300.

For Australia, China, Japan, Macao, Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan orders, we offer a flat rate of HK$ 150 (US $20). 

For other international orders, we offer flat rate global shipping for HK $200 (US $25) and receipt within 7-14 days.

Making a Return

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, fill in the returns form on this page within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that all sale items are final sale.

For Hong Kong Customers

We offer free and easy returns for our Hong Kong customers.

After we receive your returns form submission, we will arrange a pick-up for your returns at a convenient time for you. As soon as we receive your package, we will verify the items and process a refund via e-gift card (valid for six months from the date of issue) within 7 business days.

For International Customers  

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns to our international customers at this moment.
