Shipping within Hong Kong is FREE for orders over HK $300 or at a flat rate charge of HK $50 for orders under HK $300.

For international orders, we offer flat rate global shipping for HK $200 (US $25) and receipt within 7-14 days. For Australia, Singapore, Japan, and Philippines orders, we offer a flat rate of HK $150 (US $20).

Making a Return

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, fill in the returns form on this page within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

For Hong Kong Customers

We offer free and easy returns for our Hong Kong customers.

After we receive your returns form submission, we will arrange a pick-up for your returns at a convenient time for you. As soon as we receive your package, we will verify the items and process a refund via e-gift card (valid for six months from the date of issue) within 7 business days.

For International Customers  

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns to our international customers at this moment.
