When you've shopped or sold with Retykle, it’s likely that you’ve chatted to someone on our incredible operations team. We thought it might be a nice opportunity to get to know our two Operation Managers, Brianna Chiu and Sarah Buckell to hear a bit more about what they do and what Retykle means to them.

Meet Malcolm, father to Marlon (4.5 years) and Jamila (15 years), and passionate foodie. Malcolm is the Co-founder and Global Managing and Culinary Director of Maximal Concepts, famous for many award winning bars & restaurants in Hong Kong including Mott 32, Brickhouse, Limewood, John Anthony, The Flying Elk, Stockton and Blue Butcher. Malcolm lives a very active lifestyle, and spends his downtime rock climbing or hiking with the family, and paragliding and trail running.

One pretty cool Dad, meet the father, Xavier de Bure. He is the third generation of his family born in Asia, husband to Estelle and father of two gorgeous kids, five-year-old Charles and seven-year-old Amandine, and Co-founder of BABYZEN

Sonalie Figueiras is the Founder, Publisher and Editor in Chief of successful media site Green Queen, and the epitome of a Green Queen in her passion for living a low waste, greener life. Sonalie welcomed her first baby in 2018 giving her a first hand perspective on the challenge of living minimally as a parent.

Meet Alan Lo. One half of a powerhouse restaurateur couple, Alan lives in Hong Kong with his wife Yenn and their two boys, Gregory and Gabriel. Alan is passionate about promoting art, design, and creativity in Hong Kong, serving on a number of boards and committees locally and internationally, including Design Trust which is his charity of choice for Charity Closet.

Oaks Of Acorn is not a typical kids clothing brand. We are fun, bold and creative, also keeping the whimsicality of children at the same time. We combine bold colors with interesting silhouettes and have our quirky in-house designed prints and graphics printed on comfortable cottons and linens.

Meet Amanda Lee and her adorable tykes Temperance and Amity. Amanda and her husband have been buying second-hand clothing for themselves for years, as it's an economical way to acquire high-quality clothing. We interviewed Amanda about buying clothes for her girls, and why she has chosen The Children's Cancer Foundation charity to receive the proceeds for her charity closet.

Meet Joleen Soo. Founder of Catalysta, a new PR & Events Agency focused on building positive social impact, and former Development Director of the Cambodian Children’s Fund [CCF] and mother to her two tykes, Gabriel (4) and Olympia (2).  Joleen tells us why buying and selling secondhand designer kids clothes is important to her.

Meet Lynda Willoughby, Mum to Max, 8 and Chase, 3. Lynda’s home and wardrobe are beautifully styled, reflecting both her career in fashion and incredible personal taste. Lynda and her family discovered Retykle when they lived in Hong Kong, but now reside in sunny Sydney.
