Making a Return

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, fill in the returns form on this page here and deliver the returns to our Hong Kong office for an e-gift card refund (valid for 1 year). To be eligible for an e-gift card refund, all items must be in the same condition as you received them. 

For secondhand school uniforms returns only, please fill in the form and drop off only the school uniforms at the school's uniform collection box for an e-gift card refund (valid for 1 year). 

Please note that all SALE items and undergarments are not eligible for a refund. You can check if items are "Not Eligible for Refund" in your order confirmation email.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours and will be refunded via gift card. We cannot make exceptions for late returns as sellers will be paid after the return window. If non-eligible for return items are sent in or returns are sent in late, please note we are unable to return these sale items to you after they have been received nor process them under your account. We will try our best to find it a second home. If the return window has passed, you can consider selling the items with us by booking a pick up/drop off with us. Learn more about selling here.

 

For Hong Kong Customers

Returns must be received within 7 calendar days of receiving your order in mail or the pick up confirmation email for in-store order pickup orders.

*In the case of a failed delivery attempt by the courier, please note that the 7 day return period will start from the date the order is available for pick up at the courier's office.

If non-eligible for return items are sent in or returns are sent in late, please note we are unable to return these sale items to you after they have been received nor process them under your account. We will try our best to find it a second home. 

After you submit your returns form here:

Drop off your returns at our Hong Kong office: Retykle, Unit 8B, Vita Tower B, 29 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, 9:30am-6pm

OR

Ship us your returns to our Hong Kong office at your nearest SF Express location. Upon arrival at a SF Express location, request for a waybill sticker to fill in your contact details as the sender and our contact details below as the receiver. For the shipping fee payment method, choose "Paid By Sender" as Retykle cannot support the shipping costs for returns at this time.

As soon as you prepare for the shipment, please send us the tracking number via email at hello@retykle.com. After we receive your package, we will verify the items and process a refund via e-gift card (valid for 1 year from the date of issue) within 7 business days.

 

For International Customers  

Please mail your items in a sealed package to the following address within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase:
