GENERAL
Once a merchant installs our “App”, Retykle Sell Later, into their Shopify store, they can plug in a customizable template for their product and checkout pages to highlight the Retykle Sell Later program. The App will enable them to present the resale value of their products upfront to their customers and the rewards that await post purchase. Under the merchant’s Retykle dashboard, the merchant can select and manage products from their catalog to be part of the resale program. Additionally, they can track how many of their customers have opted in for the resale program and the number of products they recirculated online. Once the merchant’s product is resold on Retykle, the merchant can easily track their commission earned and payment transfers in their dashboard. At the same time, the merchant can view the life cycle and circularity of their products listed on Retykle after the original purchase along with the estimated CO2e savings per product.
Once a merchant’s customer opts in to Retykle Sell Later, the customer can login to their own Retykle account to access their historical purchases. When the customer is ready to sell their purchases, they can select them from their Retykle Virtual Closet when they schedule a home collection or drop off at our office. Once we receive the items in our office, we inspect every item received to ensure the item matches the description and authenticity of the original purchase. We will confirm its adherence to our age, brand and condition standards. Then, we photograph, price and list each accepted item online. The listing price is based on original retail, age, brand, condition and style.
All goods become the property of Retykle upon receipt, subject to these terms and conditions. Retykle retains absolute discretion when it comes to selecting items to be sold on the site and does not negotiate the items that are rejected, the selling price nor the attributed reward value of any accepted item to the customer (https://retykle.com/pages/commission-payout). The merchant’s commission terms will be set with a Retykle Account Manager. Retykle is not responsible for and cannot guarantee the successful sale of any item that is selected for listing on the site.
If any items remain unsold after 11 months of listing, the merchant’s customer will have 1 month to reclaim it without a delisting fee, and the return shipping fee will be paid by them upon arrival. Any delisted items will require shipping rather than pick up. For the return of any items unsold before 11 months of listing, we will charge them a delisting fee of HK$50/item. If the customer does not reclaim an accepted item before it expires (12 months of listing), the item becomes property of Retykle and will be ineligible for commission. At any later date, the items will no longer be retrievable by request.
Items can be marked down anytime for sale promotions at Retykle's discretion to help increase the chances of them selling.
In the event that the customer does not include their name and email with their booking/bag contents, there is no way for us to attribute the goods submitted.
After we process the customer’s items, we will send them a Your Little Shop is Ready email. The amount of unaccepted items will be detailed in the email. We do not keep a detailed record of the descriptions of unaccepted items. If they would like their unaccepted items to be returned from a specific booking, they must choose ‘Return Insurance’ for the unaccepted item method when making a booking.
If the customer chooses to donate all unaccepted items at the time of booking, we will donate to those in need via our charity partners. The unaccepted items are final and cannot be turned into listings, but we welcome feedback at any time hello@retykle.com.
For all intents and purposes where there is a conflict or ambiguity as to the meaning in the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

The website www.retykle.com is owned and operated by Retykle. Throughout the Site and the App, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Retykle.
By using or participating in the Retykle website or any of its services, tools, or clothing exchange program (collectively, the “Retykle site”), the merchant and/or customer agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below and on our FAQ page.
Retykle reserves the right to change or alter the terms and conditions of www.retykle.com at any time with immediate effect upon publication on this website.
Unless otherwise stated, all retails and fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars.

Unless otherwise stated, all material appearing on this website is owned by Retykle Ltd and must not be used, edited, adapted, published or republished without permission. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide the merchant and/or customers services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law.
RELEASE
If you have a dispute with Retykle, you release us (and our officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents) from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and/or the use of the Retykle Site/App.
PRIVACY
We collect, store, and use the merchant and/or customer’s personal information only as described in the Retykle Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is subject to this Agreement. Please read the Privacy Policy.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any party can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website, Service and/or App following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
