Customer Success Associate
Job Description:
Customer Service - Phone, Whatsapp, Showroom, Email, Social

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with online or offline customer service a plus
  • Prior experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing solution a plus
  • Enthusiasm for creating solutions and solving problems
  • Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and start-up culture
  • Have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Fluent English/Cantonese ideal - written and spoken
  • Interest in technology, e-commerce, sustainability a plus
  • Available to work in Hong Kong (Retykle cannot provide a visa)

Marketing & Ecommerce Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in offline events such as pop up events and other marketing and PR initiatives
  • Ecomm operations assistance - order fulfilment, product photography, loading products to website, studio assistance
  • Deliver customer service and manage customer experience as a Retykle brand ambassador, drive awareness around sustainability and the concept of circular fashion
  • Any relevant ad-hoc duties as required

Ideal Profile

  • Candidates with prior customer service/sales/events/ecomm experience are preferred but no previous experience is required - we are happy to train
  • Professional and friendly attitude
  • English at conversational level, Cantonese a plus but not required
  • Quick learner
  • Must be able to work in Hong Kong
  • Working Hours
  • Able to commit to min 3 days/week for at least 8 weeks
  • 9:30am-6pm
